In the simplest definition Voyager Air Pty Ltd is an air conditioning, maintenance and installation company that is focussed towards commercial and industrial works.
However, while HVAC & R is the basis for our activities it is by no means the extent or limit of Voyager’s operation. Voyager is flexible, responsive and willing to deliver our services in a flexible manner to best satisfy our customers needs.
We are an organisation that has grown steadily since our inception in 2000, having established a stable and respected position within the industry.
The can-do approach
Voyager Management is actively involved with the day to day operations of our business and are readily accessible to our staff and to all our customers.
We are always looking for new challenges. The way we see things, with a little know‑how and ingenuity almost any problem can be turned into an opportunity.
Clarity
Communication is the key. We encourage good communications within our workforce and equally encourage good communications between our staff, our customers and their staff, regardless of roles or titles.
We operate with minimal hierarchy and actively encourage every member of our team to be involved and aware in most aspects of our business.

Single point of contact
Voyager Air can be your single point of contact for a huge variety of services and solutions. In addition to our in-house capabilities we have access to a network of specialist sub‑contractors who provide works for us. Voyager Air can provide management and coordination of the widest variety of services ensuring quality and providing our customers with a single point of call.
When you deal with Voyager you get to deal with the same person and the same team on a regular basis which helps maintain good relations and a detailed understanding of your premises and the needs of your business.
A dynamic team
Voyager Management have a hands‑on approach to our projects and the needs of our customers and staff. We stay up to date on new trends, technologies and legislation and make sure all our team are kept up to date.
We have structured our labour force as a team. While every Voyager contract or project is allocated a specific contact, we still understand that breakdowns and incidents don’t follow a convenient timeframe. We structure our works so that each of our fully accredited technicians are able to assist or stand in for your regular contract technician. Our technicians and our regular sub-contractors work closely together with the Voyager representative coordinating and providing liaison for all facets of works performed.

Just like workmanship, cleanliness is important and a reflection of attitude, we have a strict policy of clean‑up during and after our works, with associated materials disposed of correctly or removed from site completely.

Where we work
While Voyager is has a primary focus within the Sydney basin, our works have often extended to regional NSW and the ACT. Our business is customer responsive and will grow in accordance with the needs of our customers.
